Terrance Gray has now interviewed for three GM jobs outside of the Buffalo Bills organization but will remain with the team after his most recent two-interview session with the Minnesota Vikings for their GM job.
Tom Pelissero reported the Vikings are hiring Seahawks assistant GM Nolan Teasley for GM gig in Minnesota.
The Vikings agreed to terms with Seahawks assistant GM Nolan Teasley as their general manager, sources tell NFL Network.

Had Gray been hired by the Vikings, the Bills would’ve received compensatory third-round picks in both the 2027 and 2028 drafts in accordance with the NFL’s minority hiring policy.
Instead, Brandon Beane retains one of his top lieutenants in the front office for the 2026 season.
