Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid gave positive reviews relating to any injury from last season during spring practices.
In fact, Kincaid went as far as saying right now is "probably the best I’ve felt in my career."
Kincaid has dealt with knee and hamstring problems over parts of the last two years. He had just four starts in 2025.
Even so, it appears via social media Kincaid is putting in the extra effort already this offseason in order to be in top shape at the start of the 2026 season.
Banged Up Bills has long tracked injury updates for players in Buffalo. The latest update is Kincaid as the outlet shared a clip of him working on his previously injured knee.
That clip can be found below:

There were reports that Dalton Kincaid spent the offseason in California rehabbing his L PCL sprain, but it wasn’t known who he worked with.
An IG post from La Jolla-based physical therapist Derek Samuel may have solved the mystery.
Hopefully the injury is fully behind him. pic.twitter.com/pdD9WawTed
