The Chicago Bears appear to be open for business when it comes to the trade market as several prominent players are garnering interest, including wide receiver DJ Moore.
According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the Bears have been receiving calls about Moore, among others, about a potential trade. Moore is slated to have a $28.5 million salary cap hit in 2026, the highest on the team, and Chicago has an influx of talent on offense, including receivers Rome Odunze and Luther Burden III.
General manager Ryan Poles recently addressed trade rumors surrounding Moore, where he said they want Moore in Chicago but made it clear they're always looking at different avenues.
"I got to have conversations and kind of see what the best combination of players we can bring in," Poles said, via Chris Emma, Tuesday at the NFL combine. "(But) we want him here. We think highly of him. He's a great teammate. He has been productive pretty consistently over the last couple years that he has been here. So, I have nothing but great things to say about him. But this is the time where we have to look at all the different scenarios and see what can allow us to put the best team we can put out there. There's relationships there, there's a lot there that makes it really, really difficult. He's a guy we want here, but we have to look at all the different scenarios."
The Bears have also received calls garnering trade interest about backup quarterback Tyson Bagent and defensive tackle Gervon Dexter Sr., and they've also granted linebacker Tremaine Edmunds permission to seek a trade.
