BBC Scotland has agreed a four-year deal to show matches at the World Curling Championships until the 2030 Winter Olympics in France.

Starting with the men's championships this month in Ogden in the United States, BBC Scotland will broadcast selected matches, as well as semi-finals and finals involving Scotland.

The deal includes the rights to show the men's, women's, and mixed doubles World Championships, and the European Championships too in the next Olympic cycle.

The chosen matches will be available on BBC iPlayer and via the BBC Sport app and website.

The men's 2026 tournament starts on 27 March, with Ross Whyte's Scotland, ranked third in the world, defending the title won by Bruce Mouat's rink last year.

Mouat's team elected not to compete in this edition after earning a silver medal for Great Britain at the Olympics in Cortina last month.
