Baseball playoff matchups set for Oshkosh, Fond du Lac teams

Postseason high school baseball is just around the corner.

For divisions 2-4, regional play gets underway on Thursday, May 28. The Division 1 playoffs will start on Tuesday, June 2. Sectionals will take place on Tuesday, June 9.

The state tournament will take place June 15-18 at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute.

Here’s a look at each first round matchup for Oshkosh and Fond du Lac area schools.

Thursday, May 28​

Division 2​

• No. 11 Two Rivers at No. 6 Ripon
• No. 12 Berlin at No. 5 Chilton
• No. 9 North Fond du Lac/Oakfield at No. 9 Kohler/Sheboygan Christian
• No. 9 Campbellsport at No. 8 West Bend East

Division 3​

• No. 13 Lomira at No. 4 St. Mary’s Springs, 5 p.m.
• No. 11 Oostburg at No. 6 Winnebago Lutheran, 4:30 p.m.
• No. 10 Mayville at No. 7 New Holstein, 5 p.m.

Division 4​

• No. 11 Wild Rose at No. 6 Central Wisconsin Christian, 4 p.m.

Tuesday, June 2​

Division 1​

• No. 13 Oshkosh North at No. 4 Fond du Lac, 4:30 p.m.
• No. 10 Oshkosh West at No. 7 Homestead, 5 p.m.

Division 2​

• No. 2 Waupun vs. winner of (No. 10 Sheboygan South at No. 7 Plymouth)
• No. 3 Winneconne vs. winner of (No. 11 Two Rivers at No. 6 Ripon), 4:30 p.m.

Division 3​

• No. 1 Omro vs. winner of (No. 9 Bangor at No. 8 Wautoma)
• No. 2 Laconia vs. winner of (No. 10 Poynette at No. 7 Westfield)

Division 4​

• No. 1 Lourdes Academy vs. winner of (No. 9 Ozaukee at No. 8 Tri-County)
