WELCOME TO BLUENERGY STADIUM!!! The beautiful home of Udinese in Udine, Italy is the site of Barcelona’s next preseason assignment as the Catalans face off against the hosts as well as Nottingham Forest of the Premier League in the Friuli Venezia Giulia triangular tournament
Barça will play two 45-minute halves, one against each team. Barça’s first game starts at 9pm CET against Forest, with the second game against Udinese scheduled for 10pm CET. It’s a peculiar but fun format (more info here), and Hansi Flick will once again give minutes to La Masia youngsters and first team reserves. This should be fun, and you’re welcome to join us to follow and comment all the action. Vamos!
Editor’s note: this will be the single live thread for both games. We will start with coverage of Barça-Forest, then update the thread with the lineups and match info for the Barça-Udinese clash. Once the first game ends, you can simply stay here to follow and comment the second.

We don’t have a lot of rules here, but there are a few things to keep in mind when joining our matchday threads:
Even if the referee sucks or we lose the game, watch the swearing. It’s just unnecessary. Also, don’t discuss illegal streaming links. Those who do it will be warned, and those who post links will be instantly banned. Finally, be nice to each other. This is a Barcelona community and we don’t need to offend one another.
