For the first time in 18 years, the Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new head coach. John Harbaugh was fired after nearly two decades, with 193 total wins, tying Chuck Knox for the 12th-most by an HC in NFL history. Harbaugh has led Baltimore to 12 playoff berths in the past 18 seasons and to six postseason appearances in the last eight years.

The team has requested interviews with Klint Kubiak and Anthony Weaver, and just completed an interview with Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph this morning. Baltimore will hold a press conference at 2:00 PM, before interviewing Broncos quarterback coach Davis Webb this afternoon for their head coach vacancy.

Joseph just completed his fifth season with the Denver Broncos and third as defensive coordinator in 2025 after being hired by the club on Feb. 25, 2023. This marks his second stint with the Broncos, previously serving as the team's head coach for two seasons from 2017-18.

Joseph's defense in Denver has been ranked among the league's best, and the Broncos led the league in sacks in 2025 (68). The Broncos rank second in yards allowed and third in points this season.
