It's always fascinating to do "where are they now" on former football players. After all, in the grand scheme of things, an NFL playing career is pretty short. Even the longest-tenured players end up doing other things in their professional lives for much longer than their actual playing days.
So let's see what these four notable former Baltimore Ravens are up to right now.
-Zach Orr, already an alumni from a player perspective (2014-2016), is officially an alumni from a coaching perpsective as well. Three weeks ago, Orr removed "Ravens DC" from his Instagram bio and made a posting that included the phrase: "Excited for what's next."
And for what it's worth, his Wikipedia page already refers to him as "former defensive coordinator." Now we're just waiting to see where he lands, with Dallas apparently the current front-runner. According to the Ft. Worth-Star Telegram, Orr will interview for a position on new Defensive Coordinator Christian Parker's staff.
Orr already interviewed for the DC position in Big D, but obviously, they went in a different direction. Orr also interviewed for the Def. Coordinator position with the L.A. Chargers, but they went with Chris O'Leary instead.
Dallas would be a good fit for him, as he went to high school in De Soto, Texas, and played his college football at North Texas.
-The Ravens were the final team that Robert Griffin III played for, and he led them to a 28-10 win over the arch-rival Pittsburgh Steelers in 2019's regular-season finale. Since then, he's become a very popular pundit, and the Ravens are one of his favorite teams to comment on. After John Harbaugh was fired, Griffin referred to him as "the greatest coach in Ravens history."
However, Washington is where he spent the bulk of his playing career, and he had a solid take on the direction his former team should take in its rebuild. RG3 believes they should prioritize adding players who complement quarterback Jayden Daniels on offense. He also thinks a youth movement is in order on defense.
-On Thursday, the Pro Football Hall of Fame class for 2026 will be revealed. Much has already been made about Bill Belichick getting snubbed. We've also heard quite a bit about Eli Manning being left out. However, there are 15 finalists in total, and two of them are Ravens Ring of Honor members: Terrell Suggs and Marshal Yanda.
At CBS Sports, they predicted who they think will get the Hall call this week. They believe that Suggs has a decent chance, as they point out his eighth-place ranking on the NFL's career sacks list (139), his Defensive Player of the Year award, and his two Super Bowl rings.
Additionally, Suggs has won the Defensive Rookie of the Year Award, earned 7 Pro Bowls, and received two All-Pro honors. However, CBS does not project Suggs or Yanda to get in this time. And that's unfortunate at least, unfair at worst, because Yanda has a stellar resume as well. He made the Pro Bowl eight times and earned All-Pro on seven occasions over the course of his career.

"I think they need more speed at wide receiver," Griffin III said in an exclusive with RG.org. "I think they need more protection up front, I think they need to go draft one of these dynamic running backs that is coming out of college. You always want to add weapons around your quarterback, and then additionally, on defense, they just have to get a little bit younger.
"On defense, team speed always wins. But it can't just be, 'Hey, Jayden is going to save us every single play on offense, because he can utilize his legs.' He needs to have scary Terry (McLaurin) be fully healthy. Obviously no contract issues there will help him get the reps continually with Jayden. I just think they have to continue to add protection in front of them and give them dynamic weapons to use in the passing game."
