Lose the flavor but it comes out nicer? My head just exploded.
Eh, don't worry about him...he's crazy. It doesn't lose any flavor...it's soaking in its own fat...but somehow gets crispy.

Awesome thanks. Just ordered 2! (Not for me FYI. Great gifts)

Forgot to mention that shipping was freaking 17.00
Sorry; didn't see that. I was grossed out by it & posted as a joke.

Everything gets crispy cooking in fat. Rule of life. One of the most important ones as a matter of fact.

I just had chocolate dipped bacon with a candied jalapeño on top. Epic doesn't even describe it.

You know what.. I love bacon as much as the next guy.. But I really don't feel like I should eat it all the time.. I don't know if I'm getting health conscious or what.. But it just doesn't feel like its something I should eat all the time..

We now eat turkey bacon 95% of the time that we eat bacon. It's not bad, actually it's pretty good. It's not BACON, though, but it's much more healthy.

However, THAT is the kind of turkey bacon I'm hoping for!
