Don't know if many of you have seen/heard about this yet, but it's going CRAZY viral. It's gotten coverage from lots of major news sources (can't say all because I don't have time to confirm that, but it's a LOT).

I wouldn't want to be Paul Christoforo for a year or two, at least.

Yeah, except he's not a CSR--he owns the company...the marketing company, that is. The makers of the controller dropped him that day.
