Drake Baldwin and Austin Riley both delivered in big ways as the Braves once again beat the Rangers in a big series and Sunday win. While there were a few pitching concerns, the bats showed they are more than capable of producing wins. That is certainly a great sign for Atlanta, especially with the return of Ronald Acuna Jr. drawing near. If the offense is ready to be among the best in the game again, that will certainly make winning a bit easier.
Braves News
The Braves sent Owen Murphy back to the minors and brought Elieser Hernandez to Atlanta.
AJ Smith Shawver continued to round into shape in his latest rehab start.
There was some clarification on the plan for Spencer Schwellenbach. He currently is in Florida throwing bullpen sessions and working his way toward live BP.

The Red Sox have now won 13 games in a row, continuing to ascend in the AL Playoff picture.
The Phillies lost to the Mets on Sunday and the series over the weekend. The Braves lead in the NL East is now three games.
The Athletics are starting to receive interest in their outfield depth.
