Fernando Tatis Jr. (hamstring) is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday.
Tatis injured his hamstring while doing the splits to stretch for a threw at second base on Sunday. The extent of the injury isn't yet known and he's still undergoing tests, but the Padres are obviously going to be cautious with their prized shortstop. There should be more clarity on his status soon, but have a backup plan in place in fantasy leagues for the next week or two. It's fair to wonder if Luis Urias could be called up to the majors with Tatis out.
