First-year head coach Becky Burke had to put together an entire roster when she was hired at Arizona last April. She also had to assemble an entire coaching staff. She has indicated that some of the players she brought in will be leaving after this year. There will also be some changes on the coaching staff.
The changes first came to light with a posting on the UA Talent website on Mar. 5, 2026. The job opening is for three assistant coaches.

Arizona Athletics is not currently confirming which staff members are involved. It has indicated that an official statement will be issued in the coming days and one of the former staff members will make her own announcement.
An outside source indicates that the other two positions being filled are those of associate head coach Ashley Odom and assistant coach Jenna Knudson. That source states that Odom will move on but Knudson will stay at Arizona in another role.
