I would expect Jose Fernandez back at 3B today but Nolan Arenado available off the bench.

Nope. We got 4 runs that inning but it hurt when Marte struck out with the bases loaded.

We tied it 6-6 but left the bases loaded in the 9th. That’8 in the last 3 innings.
Garcia is pitching in the bottom of the 9th.

This game was the Diamondbacks problems in a nutshell. When they aren't playing well it's usually because it's usually either their starters are ineffective or they squander opportunities on offence. Tonight we got plenty of both.

We helped the Mariners get back to .500...we need to bury them the next two games of this series and put them back under .500 where they belong.

We lost that game by stranding so many. Seems like everyone was swinging for the fences rather than trying to make contact and bring some runners home. That was hard for me to watch. Where was Torey when this happened over and over again?

Nolan Arenado not only took a fastball off his arm last night but in the previous at-bat fouled a ball off his leg. No determination yet, he says, whether he’s in the lineup tonight but if not he’ll be in there tomorrow.
