The biggest key for Paul Sewald after that last blown save was to not let it spiral and compound. In 2024, he blew two in a row after his first. Getting the save today is a good sign, in my opinion.

Corbin Carroll is leading this D-backs offense back to the previously set standard. He was one of the guys struggling with chase and now has 9 walks in his last 6 games with 2 homers, 3 doubles and only 2 strikeouts. Awesome baseball player.

Ok doing some math some guys got right this series at hitter friendly Coors Field. Corbin went 5-12 with two homers and double and 4 RBI; Gurriel went 5-12 with his first HR of the season with a double and 3 RBI and Gabby Moreno went 5-9 with a double and 3 RBI.

Waldschmidt right now is right handed Alek Thomas and that's a good thing
