The Arizona Cardinals report to training camp on July 22 and begin the process of preparing for the regular season, forming the roster and determining starting jobs and roles on the team.
Leading up to the start of camp, we will take a look at every player on the offseason roster, their background, their contract, their play in 2025, questions they face and their roster outlook.
Here is tight end Teagan Quitoriano.
Quitoriano enters his first season with the Cardinals after three with the Houston Texans and one with the Atlanta Falcons. He was drafted in the fifth round in 2022 by the Texans.
After playing no more than nine games in each of his first three season, he played in all 17 games in 2025 for Atlanta, playing 133 snaps on offense and 239 on special teams.
He signed a one-year deal with the Cardinals this offseason worth $1.24 million, receiving $25,000 in workout bonuses. He had no guarantees. His salary is scheduled to be a little more than $1.2 million, HIs cap hit will be $1.24 million.
The Cardinals seem to have three tight end spots locked in with Trey McBride, Elijah Higgins and Tip Reiman. Quitoriano is one of the guys vying for that fourth spot. His play on special teams last season might give him a leg up.
He is firmly on the roster bubble, and his contract doesn't suggest any assumptions about his likeliness to make the team.
