The brackets for the Mountain East Conference (MEC) and NJCAA Region 20 basketball tournaments were released over the weekend.
In the MEC men's bracket, Frostburg State is the No. 7 seed at 14-14 overall and 10-10 in conference play.
The Bobcats face No. 10 West Virginia State (8-20, 4-16 MEC) in the first round on Wednesday.
The Yellow Jackets feature Cam Wilkes, a third-team All-American at Potomac State last winter.
He averages 7.3 points and 4.1 rebounds and was the first Catamount since 2019 to earn All-American honors.
The winner plays No. 2 Fairmont State (24-4, 17-3 MEC) in the quarterfinals on Friday at noon.
Frostburg lost 101-84 and 92-78 to the Fighting Falcons in the regular season, who were ranked No. 10 in the latest Division II coaches poll.

ACM will face the highest remaining seed of No. 3 Harcum (19-8), No. 4 Harford (15-15) No. 5 Hagerstown (13-16) and No. 6 Baltimore City (3-26).
The Trojans beat Harcum 89-81 and 92-85, defeated Harford 82-75, Hagerstown 81-72 and 101-72, and won 92-72 and 77-64 over Baltimore City.
Allegany lost to Monroe, 103-86 and 91-82 in the regular season.
Harcum faces Baltimore City before Harford plays Hagerstown in the quarterfinals on Friday.
The semifinals and title game are at Harford, with the championship set for Sunday at 2 p.m.
In the Region 20, Division II men's tournament, WVU Potomac State College is the fifth seed while Garrett enters No. 8.
The Catamounts went 21-7 overall and 14-7 in Region 20 play.
The 21 wins were the most since the 2018-19 season when they went 28-2.
The Lakers finished 16-13 and 12-9 in Region 20.
The quarterfinals are on Tuesday at campus sites.
