in case you havent received the email... Apple+ has increased their fee by 30%.
I have been considering dropping it for the past couple months anyway since I rarely watch anything on there. I was fine with letting it ride just in case...for 9.99
but not for 12.99
so apple+ has been canceled...I have two weeks to watch whatever I plan to watch.

funny enough, they offered me two more months for 4.50 a month if I stayed, lol.

Yeah, this is a freaking unbelievable price boost. I've kept it because there are so many quality shows. Now, after Slow Horses and Chief of War, it's getting canned. When a new show comes out, I'll bring it back.

Honestly, with most streaming services I toggle them on and off based on what new offerings they have. No need to keep paying for content you don’t watch.

Of course, I have 1,200 movies and TV shows on my Plex server, so we’re never lacking for something to watch ….

I have found a few free apps the have decent offerings as well... CW for example, not top notch grade A programming...but at least its all in english.... and the app is free.
of course, I dont really mind watching with ads..grew up with TV commercials...they give you an opportunity to go take a pee

I get mine “free” from T-Mobile; hopefully that will continue at least until Apple releases a downgraded ad-supported tier. With my formerly “free” Netflix, I now have to pay the incremental cost of the ad-free tier to T-Mobile (T-Mobile still covers the cost of the ad-supported tier).

I use metro. Considered switching to T Mobile to get that deal.
But they don't offer many deals for a single line. They keep wanting me to get 4 phones, lol
