One anonymous NBA GM has made a worrisome prediction about LeBron James.
LeBron James joining the Philadelphia 76ers after leaving the Los Angeles Lakers was an unexpected move, to say the least.
However, James did sacrifice a lot of money to make this possible as he signed a two-year, $8 million deal with the 76ers.
It’s obvious that James has made the decision to have a shot at winning another NBA title or two before retirement.

NBA GM thinks LeBron James’ Philadelphia 76ers stint will end in disappointment
James will enter Year 24 in the NBA on the heels of averaging 20.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game last season. The King also carried the Lakers to the second round of the postseason in Luka Doncic’s absence.
Despite these feats, according to NBA insider Sam Amico, one anonymous GM made a brutal prediction about James’ tenure in Philly.
“He’s still LeBron, or still has moments where he’ll remind you he was once LeBron. But this is gonna be the chapter where we watch him and say that he stuck around too long,” Amico revealed on X.
The GM further added, “Someday we’ll ask, ‘Remember when LeBron played for Sixers?’ and laugh.”
Throughout his career, James has proven his critics wrong, and he still faces such predictions even before playing a game with teammates like Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, Jaylen Brown, and VJ Edgecombe.
