Mike Trout was on one of the biggest stages in baseball this week.

The Los Angeles Angels legend put on a show at Yankee Stadium, too.

On Monday, Trout homered twice.

On Tuesday, he went deep again.

And on Wednesday, Trout hit an opposite-field home run to keep the roll going.

It's a special bit of history for Trout, too.

He's just the second visiting player to homer in three consecutive days at this iteration of Yankee Stadium.

The first was Tigers great Miguel Cabrera, who did it in 2013, according to MLB Network's Sarah Langs.

It's a cool full-circle connection. Back in those days, prime Miggy was battling a young Trout for AL MVP honors.

Trout eventually overtook the mantle of the league's top player, but Cabrera battled him well for a while.

And now they've both shown they know how to seize the show in the Bronx.
