Good pick. I remember watching the Minnesota v. Michigan game last Fall. I went to Minnesota for a while in undergrad, so I wanted a win for the Little Brown Jug. I was pretty happy when the Gophers were ahead by 28-7 in the third quarter. Then, Navarre scored a 36 yard pass to cut the score down by 7 points. Minnesota scored again in the 4th quarter. It was all Michigan, and in particular John Navarre, the rest of the 4th quarter.
Navarre looked real good to me. It was, I guess, the best comeback in Michigan history. Navarre had something like 355 yards, with 33 completions (a Michigan record). He looked really accurate to me - threw out of the pockect all of the time.
Michigan won 38-35. I was not nearly as happy as I was in the third quarter.
