The Buffalo Bills finished the 2025 NFL season with a 12-5 record and failed to win the AFC East for the first time in five years, let alone win a Super Bowl.
While the conclusion was tough, such performance has some benefits. Not only do the Bills have a better draft pick because of that, it makes their strength of schedule next season easier as well.
