Alabama basketball center Charles Bediako might have played his one and only game for the Crimson Tide this season in Saturday's 79-73 loss to visiting rival Tennessee.

He'll know more about that Tuesday morning, when Tuscaloosa Circuit Court Judge Jim Roberts hears arguments on a request for preliminary injunction regarding his NCAA eligibility. But Bediako, who played against the Volunteers, scoring 13 points, only because Roberts granted him a temporary restraining order last week, had little to say about the courtroom proceedings.

"Right now I'm just focused on the team," Bediako said. "Obviously, I'm just going to take what happened today, just continue to do the film, and right now our main focus is on this next game (against Missouri)."

Technically, however, Bediako doesn't have a next game. At least not one that's guaranteed. He needs a positive outcome in the injunction hearing Tuesday in order to play against the Tigers in Coleman Coliseum Tuesday night.

Along with 13 points, Bediako added three rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 25 minutes against the Volunteers.

Bediako, 23, last played for Alabama in 2023. He went undrafted by the NBA that summer but signed an NBA contract and was placed in the NBA G-League. He then filed suit against the NCAA to regain his college eligibility.
