The Crimson Tide crosses the eastern border into Mississippi as they take on the Ole Miss Rebels in Oxford tonight. As we all know by now, Charles Bediako will not be playing again for the Tide, which will certainly be a detriment going up against Chris Beard’s ‘No-Middle’ zone defense, at least from a rebounding perspective. The good news is that Latrell Wrightsell is probable.

The Rebs have been a bit of a disappointment this year, but often times matchups like this one come down to strategy and playstyle more so than talent, and Beard put Nate Oats in a blender with his defensive schemes last season when these two last met in Tuscaloosa. Let’s hope Oats has some counters ready to go tonight.
