Ismael Saibari played a starring role as Morocco defeated Madagascar 4-0 in a World Cup tune-up, but that was not the biggest thing to happen to the attacker on this day.
Per Fabrizio Romano, Saibari also has spoken to Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany and even agreed to personal terms with the Bavarians on a contract:

Saibari wants the move and has already spoken with Vincent Kompany.
Club to club talks ongoing with PSV, as exclusively revealed today.
So, what is left for this move to go official? Well, a very big piece actually.
Bayern Munich and PSV Eindhoven still need to agree up on a transfer fee. As everyone found out with Bayern Munich’s pursuit of former Newcastle United attacker Anthony Gordon, that is sometimes easier said than done.
There is no update at this point on what the number looks like for Bayern Munich’s proposal or PSV Eindhoven’s asking price.
