Admin and password

How do i find out what my admin and password is? Last year i had my hard drive replaced and now, when I try to install a downloaded program, I get the User control box where it asked for permission to allow the program to change the computer. I only get the no box and the message to enter the admin and password but, 1. there is no place to do that and 2. I don't have the information.

Any help or enlightenment would be most appreciated. Windows 10 with chrome..
