I'm curious whether anyone interacts with or finds value in the myriad threads created by "ASFN Admin"?

I find them to be redundant with information posted by board members, and they enormously clutter up search results.

In my opinion the site would be better off if these were disabled. Or at least, if there were a way in "advanced search" to filter out these mindlessly-generated threads.

@Shaggy @Iceman can you have your mechanic look at this?

I wasn't able to disable the RSS feed from being included in the site search function.

One way around getting a bunch of search results from the RSS feed is to go to the forum in which you want to search.

Then when you are in that forum, click on the microscope and do your search for that forum only. That should be more effective.

Set the ASFN Admin to ignore. When you search you shouldn't see any threads or posts by it. Unfortunately it still kind of loads but as a blank space. You don't see it but you need to scroll to like page 4 to start seeing real users. It's tough to explain but easy to maneuver. I'd recommend trying it and see if that helps. It's better than nothing.
