half the games are still played on neutral sites. That may be a factor, but not to the tune of cutting his ERA in half

i think this is part of it too, but he is a fly ball pitcher and that definitely does not play well at Chase.

Dating back to Towers firing Charles Nagy because he felt our pitchers were not beaning enough people, it seems we've had some really questionable minds in charge of our pitching staff. Perhaps karma is legit... at least in baseball.
