It finally got done:
Jets finally trade for Aaron Rodgers: Now they must end Super Bowl drought — or this will be another Woody Johnson failure
The Jets have traded for the Packers' Aaron Rodgers.
The Jets have been interested in the 39-year-old Rodgers since January.
As part of the deal, the Jets are swapping the No. 13 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft with the Packers’ No. 15 overall, while giving up No. 42 overall (second round), No. 207 overall (sixth round) and a conditional 2024 second-rounder, and the Packers are giving the Jets a 2023 fifth-rounder (No. 170 overall), per multiple reports.
The 2024 second-rounder will become a first-rounder if Rodgers plays 65 percent of the plays next season.
