Wish him the best. Loved him here. Hope he will shine there in a hopefully better role than he was left with here the last two seasons.

Wanted him back, but was a choice between him and Browning most likely. With Gardeck’s injury and Browning’s younger age and quite impressive play at the end, there was not much choice.

Fun to watch and apparently a great teammate, however I get the decision to let him go. Age, injuries and upgrades left him odd man out. Best wishes for him in Jacksonville. I imagine the fans are going to show him love there too.

he played at 200% effort and was a good dude. Wish him well and hopefully will retire a cardinal when he hangs it up.

That said - gardeck should never have been thrust into a starting role but been reserved as a rotational guy. I’m hoping we have leveled up our roster on that side definitively now

Gardeck was one of those players you just have to root for. From the beginning he always blew away my expectations. Not to mention his sack dances always made me laugh.
Gardeck the Barbarian will always be loved. For all the flak I threw him as a starter, it's not his fault he was forced into starting. He played so high above what any of us deserved to expect.
