Elijah Hill (b. July 10, 2007) is a transfer defensive end from Kennesaw State who is majoring in business management. He did not redshirt last season and thus has four years of eligibility remaining, which is huge.

In 2025, Hill played in all 14 games at Kennesaw, recording 22 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and nine sacks en route to All-Conference USA first team and Conference USA All-Freshman Team honors. He ranked 30th nationally, tops among all freshmen in the country and led all of Conference USA in sacks per game (0.64).

Hill logged 299 defensive snaps and 43 special teams plays as he helped the Owls to win a Conference USA championship. He posted a career-high 2.5 sacks at UTEP and recorded two sacks apiece against both Merrimack and Jacksonville State, the latter contest being the Conference USA Championship Game.

Hill also had 1.5 sacks and tallied a career-high three tackles for loss at New Mexico State, a game in which he set his career high in tackles with four. He had three tackles against UTEP and two tackles in six other games, including in the Myrtle Beach Bowl against Western Michigan.

According to PFF, he had a 87.0 pass rush grade and a 17.5 percent pressure rate last season with the Owls.

Hill prepped under head coach Quad Sanders at Bryant (Ark.) High School, where he was a three-time state champion who helped the Hornets to earn a combined 35-2 record over those three seasons.

He was named the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette All-Arkansas Preps Defensive Player of the Year and the Class 7A defensive player of the year following a senior season in which he posted 56 tackles, 30 tackles for loss and 15 sacks; he also recorded three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a defensive score.

Hill recorded 82 tackles, 39 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks as a junior en route to all-state honors.

He signed with Kennesaw State over offers from Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Central Arkansas, Missouri Southern, Morehouse College, Northwest Missouri State, Ouachita Baptist and Tennessee-Martin, as well as interest from Arkansas State, Southeast Missouri State and Tulsa.

Defensive coordinator Jordan Peterson had praise for both Hill and his running mate following spring practices:

Oh shoot, just starting up front, having defensive ends Wendell Gregory (Oklahoma State) and Elijah Hill on the edges, they have twitch, they have explosion and power.

Head coach Collin Klein echoed these sentiments when discussing how to turn Hill into a player who can play on all three downs during his initial spring press conference:

I’ve just loved his competitive nature, his motor. He’s got elite change-of-direction skills. Even watching his body change in three months, he’s put on good weight. He’s looked really, really good moving around. And, like I said, he’s got twitch and bend, so I think he’s going be able to get after the quarterback.
