Michigan fans had plenty to celebrate during the first half of Saturday's Final Four game against Michigan.

The team went into the locker room with a commanding 48-32 lead over Arizona, even after a half where star Yaxel Lendeborg exited with an ankle injury. Then, at halftime, the Wolverines landed a five-star high school recruit.

Five-star Sierra Canyon guard Brandon McCoy Jr. announced during the TNT Sports "Fab 5" altcast that he would be joining Michigan after he graduates from high school. Imagine the excitement from those Michigan greats.

Seriously, what a moment for Michigan basketball and its fans. You dominate on the court, and you land a prized recruit during a Michigan-themed alternate game cast. What a sequence of events.
