Is San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings the free agent that will help the Tennessee Titans most, as things currently stand?
According to Bleacher Report’s Gary Davenport, Jennings is a wide receiver that the Titans stand to benefit from signing in free agency.
“Jauan Jennings isn't a No. 1 wideout who can anchor a pass-catching corps,” Davenport said. “He's never had a 1,000-yard season. But he's a reliable secondary option—something a Titans team with more questions than answers outside Robinson at the position could use.”
Jennings went for 643 yards on 55 receptions in 2025. Just a year prior, the 28-year-old nearly amassed 1,000 yards receiving with 975.
The Titans did sign a 1,000-yard receiver this offseason, with their addition of Wan’Dale Robinson to hold down the slot. Calvin Ridley is their No. 1 option on the outside when healthy. Ridley is a 1,000-yard receiver three times over in his career. He achieved the feat as recently as 2024, when he recorded 1,017. The Alabama product was limited to seven games played in 2025 due to various injuries.
However, opposite those two, the Titans have the opportunity to add another receiver in Jennings, more experienced than Elic Ayomanor as well as Chimere Dike, who were the Titans’ two highest-volume wide receivers last season.
