49ers injury report: Christian McCaffrey update, 5 others ruled out

It appears the illness that limited San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey won't have any effect on his Week 15 availability.

McCaffrey was not on the Friday injury report, an indicator that he's good to go for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans at Levi's Stadium.

There may be lingering effects depending on the nature of the illness, but that's not something we'll know until we see him in action Sunday. The best news for the 49ers is that he isn't on the injury report at all and is trending for a full workload against the Titans.

Here's the full Week 15 injury report for the 49ers, which features five players:

• LB Tatum Bethune (ankle), Out
• LB Nick Martin (concussion), Out
• DE Sam Okuayinonu (ankle), Out
• DE Yetur Gross-Matos (hamstring), Out
• QB Kurtis Rourke (knee), Out

Neither Gross-Matos nor Rourke are expected to be activated from their respective injured list for Sunday's game. That's not a huge surprise as the club eases both players back into action.
