Jofra Archer once again had the measure of his Rajasthan Royals teammate, sending back 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi for a 10-ball 15 in Bristol, marking the second time in as many matches that the England pacer has ended the teenager's stay at the crease.
After he managed 27 runs cumulatively across his first two T20I innings for India, Sooryavanshi's stint in the fourth match ended early once again, holing out to Sam Curran at mid-on off an Archer delivery in just the third over.
After India won the toss and opted to bat first under Shreyas Iyer, Sooryavanshi needed six deliveries to properly get going, eventually slapping a back-of-a-length ball from Josh Tongue to the fence at deep extra cover, before upper-cutting the very next delivery for six over deep fine leg.
Sooryavanshi had already struck four sixes across his opening two outings, and he added just one more to that tally before departing.
Archer, who has previously spoken about bowling to the youngster in Rajasthan Royals' nets, appeared to exploit insights gained from those sessions, once again targeting the deck with a short ball.
Much like his dismissal in the second match, where a similar delivery had looped off the glove to the keeper, Sooryavanshi again attempted the pull shot but failed to control it, ballooning a simple catch to mid-on.

The repeated dismissals sparked a wave of criticism from fans on social media, with several questioning whether the teenager had been fast-tracked into international cricket before he was truly ready.
