Small ball has been a big part of the Arizona Diamondbacks' current success on the road.
The DBacks are only 10th currently in the National League for hitting entering Wednesday's games.
But after winning the last three straight series on the road, bunts have become a contributing factor, especially in this latest series against the Baltimore Orioles.
And nobody bunts better than DBacks shortstop Geraldo Perdomo.

He is the poster boy for small ball in 2026, with his bunting leading to the perception that the DBacks are successfully using a small ball approach this season.
The team has now been dubbed "The Bunting DBacks" by on-air broadcaster Jodie Jackson.
