There's no question LeBron James is excited for the next chapter of his NBA career with the Philadelphia 76ers. However, if the team's new-look starting lineup comes together and leads the Sixers to the NBA title, James is apparently opting out of his new teammate, Jaylen Brown's, plans for a celebration.
Brown recently went skydiving for the first time during a trip to Egypt, and from the sound of it, he quickly became a big fan. After the clip surfaced of him skydiving, Brown spoke about it on a livestream and revealed that he told his new Sixers teammates that if they win the title, everyone's going with him again. Unfortunately, LeBron doesn't sound too interested in hopping out of any airplanes in the immediate future.
"I told VJ, LeBron, Max (Tyrese Maxey) and Embiid, if we win the championship, everybody's going skydiving. Bron text me back, he said 'Boy, hell nah,'" Brown said with a laugh.
Have to appreciate the effort to get his new teammates on board with the idea, but we'll have to wait and see whether James changes his mind if the Sixers ultimately bring the title back to Philly.
