YUP! I've seen plenty over the years. The ONLY time I can remember a call going our way was Mel Gray's non-TD catch against the Redskins in 75'.

In the old days I'm sure they were able to get away w/alot more (the "Zebra's") but now with so much micro-coverage of every play, the bias against the CARDS is BEYOND obvious.

If I had a $ for every time I've sat there waiting as a play was reviewed, asking the fans of the OTHER team what the proper call should be, and then having them look me square in the eye, and say, "Dude, you got screwed." Well, I'd be a pretty rich guy.

So, the question is why is this allowed to happen?? Why is Cardinal management always so tight-lipped about what everybody knows. ...And yes, I know there's "fines", but for crying out-loud. Defend your team and loyal fans here.

The only logical reason I've come up with as to "why" we don't get the "calls" is based on what Neil Lomax said years ago after a game against the Giants, in which a legitimate Roy Green catch was over-ruled and led to a Giants' win. Lomax said, "Losers DON'T get calls." A valid point. Ever watch a "star" hitter in the batters' box get the benefit of the call because he's a "star" player?? Seems to happen quite a bit.

So, how do "losers" become "winners" if they NEVER get the calls?? Well, every year the NFL has a "surprise" team. The "feel-good" story of the year. ...And the NFL, being in the business of making $$, "milks" that teams' success for all its' worth.

I believe our year will be NEXT year w/the new stadium. Playing to an empty stadium would give the NFL a real "black eye" in the PR Dept.

Now, does that mean we should give up this year?? ABSOLUTELY NOT! BUT it is pretty difficult to win what's supposed to be a "fair" game when the officials can ultimately decide who wins or loses w/ a simple flick of the wrist.

SORRY, Friends

There was supposed to be "spacing" in there to make it easier to read.
