Well Netflix has renewed for additional episodes and have not called it a season renewal and they said these episodes will end the show. They are going to half ass this to the finish line when it needed to be 3 full seasons to complete.

Took me forever to get through it. What a slog!

The topic is interesting, but most of the characters are pretty boring. And, like others said…where is that $20m/ep going?!?

Huh, try reading the book. I was about 200 pages in (I was listening, so I can't be exact) and you would have never known it was a sci-fi book. Horrible writing can be good writing that forces the intro to a book super long and inexcusably delays the inciting incident. Exactly what happened with this one. I returned it to Audible as a bad job.
