The 2027 NASCAR Cup Series schedule continues to come into focus.
Just one day after several tracks unveiled their 2027 race weekends, Bristol Motor Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway announced their own dates Thursday, adding two more major pieces to next season’s calendar.
The announcements confirm New Hampshire’s return as an early Chase race while also restoring Bristol’s iconic Night Race to its traditional August home.
New Hampshire Motor Speedway confirmed NASCAR will return Sept. 25-26, 2027, with both the NASCAR Cup Series and Craftsman Truck Series competing during the weekend.

The Sept. 26 Cup race will serve as the third race of the NASCAR Cup Series Chase, while the Truck Series race opens the Craftsman Truck Series Chase.
“We are thrilled to return to September and The Chase next year,” New Hampshire Motor Speedway Executive Vice President and General Manager David McGrath said.
“Last September, New England race fans showed up in sold-out fashion. Fall racing in New England is a win for race fans, especially all of our campers, and I know the drivers love coming to this area in September as well.”
Television information and race start times will be announced at a later date.
Bristol Motor Speedway also unveiled its 2027 schedule, highlighted by the return of the Bass Pro Shops Night Race to its longtime August date.
