The 2026 Women’s College World Series is officially set, and softball fans are in for a treat with a rematch of the 2025 championship series between the reigning champion Texas Longhorns and the always exciting Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Last season, Texas won the championship, 2-1, in the best-of-three series.

Texas Tech punched its ticket to the championship series on Monday night, with a thrilling victory over the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Mia Williams, the daughter of former NBA star Jason Williams, hit a walk-off home run to lift the Red Raiders to victory.

The series will kick off on Wednesday, June 3, with all games airing live on ESPN.
