The Senior Open is July 2-5 at Scioto Country Club in Upper Arlington.

The winner gets $800,000 from a purse of $4 million.

Thursday, July 2

  • First round: Golf Channel, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • First round: Peacock, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Friday, July 3

  • Second round: Golf Channel, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Second round: Peacock, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 4

  • Third round: Peacock, Noon-2 p.m.
  • Third round: NBC, 2 p.m.-5 p.m.

Sunday, July 5

  • Final round: Peacock, 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
  • Final round: NBC, 3 p.m.-6 p.m.

Yes, a majority of the Senior Open coverage will air exclusively on Peacock, NBC's streaming service.

U.S. Senior Open 2026 Tickets: How to attend​


Daily gallery tickets are available for purchase. Those who buy these tickets will have general admission to the grounds and access to walk the course and the various public grandstands. Concessions will be available for purchase.

There are also daily Trophy Club tickets available, which have the same perks as a daily gallery ticket with additional access to the Trophy Club between holes 14 and 15. The club is a climate-controlled facility with upgraded food and beverage options for purchase, live television coverage and executive restrooms.

Below is a list of the daily pricing (including fees) via Seatgeek:

  • Wednesday, July 1 (practice round) – $28 for gallery, $55 for Trophy Club
  • Thursday, July 2 (first round) – $50 for gallery, $88 for Trophy Club
  • Friday, July 3 (second round) – $61 for gallery, $105 for Trophy Club
  • Saturday, July 4 (third round) – $61 for gallery, $105 for Trophy Club
  • Sunday, July 5 (final round) – $55 for gallery, $88 for Trophy Club

Weekly tickets, which provide one ticket entry for all five days of the tournament, are $220 for the standard version and $358 for the Trophy Club edition.

2026 U.S. Senior Open schedule​


Here is the schedule of events for the 2026 U.S. Senior Open.

Wednesday, July 1

  • Practice round; Gates open at 6:30 to 7 a.m.

Players will have the option of starting practice rounds on the first or 10th tee. Players electing to play a full round generally begin between 7:00 a.m. and 3 p.m. It is typical for players to be on the golf course or practice areas until at least 7 p.m.

Thursday, July 2

  • First tournament round; Gates open at 6:30 a.m., tee times begin at 7 a.m. from the first tee, 7:05 a.m. from the 10th tee
  • Last groups at 2:36 p.m. from the first tee and 2:41 p.m. from the 10th tee.

Friday, July 3

  • Second tournament round; Gates open at 6:30 a.m., tee times begin at 7 a.m. from the first tee, 7:05 a.m. from the 10th tee
  • Last groups at 2:36 p.m. from the first tee and 2:41 p.m. from the 10th tee

Saturday, June 6

  • Third tournament round; gates open at 6:30 a.m., first tee pairing starts around 8-9 a.m., last tee pairing around 12:45 p.m.

Sunday, June 7

  • Final tournament round; gates open at 6:30 a.m., first tee pairing starts around 8-9 a.m., last tee pairing around 1 p.m.

Will Tiger Woods play at the 2026 U.S. Senior Open?​


Tiger Woods is currently not in the field for the Senior Open.

Woods registered for the 2026 U.S. Senior Open, according to a USGA spokesperson via Golfweek on March 26, but Woods was deciding whether to play at a later date.

Woods was involved in a car crash in Jupiter Island, Florida, on March 27, and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Free parking at the U.S. Senior Open​


All parking info according to USGA website:

Complimentary parking and shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Scioto Country Club.

  • Complimentary parking will be provided at Ohio State University, in the Buckeye Lots located near the Covelli Center at 2701 Fred Taylor Drive. Ohio State University Buckeye Lots are located northeast of Scioto Country Club.
  • Please follow general parking signage and/or directions from parking attendants to the designated parking location.
  • The physical address of 2701 Fred Taylor Drive, Columbus, Ohio, 43210 can be used on most GPS systems.
  • From the parking lot, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Scioto Country Club and is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.
