The foul baiting must be identified by the refs, and they need to give technical fouls for the flopping, that especially that ridiculous excuse for a "star player", SGA, is constantly doing. NBA rules have worked perfectly fine for 70+ years. The commissioner must instruct the referees to tighten up the calls.

I don't think Fleming and Maluach are too valuable to play all of the summer league games. They are probably playing 5 on 5 many times a week. Why is it different in summer league? Is it because some players are desperate for a contract and play dangerously? No need to play them 40 MPG but at least give them 30 MPG to start out.

Norway are playing Brazil tonight by the way, in soccer world championship. Let's go Norway!

I agree I want them to play all the games, I just don't think they will just like Dunn and Oso only played twice last season.

I think the free throw rule is interesting. If it's applied to both teams I don't see why it would be a problem, percentages would still be about the same over a season, even if attempts were less than half so I don't think it would affect much.

One thing it would do though is really keep bad free throw shooters out of the game late. If you think they might get 1 out of 2 everytime they are fouled you can skate by - but with one shot being worth 2, they become to much of a risk to put on the court. I kind of like that actually.

Watching World Cup and the flopping there makes the NBA look tame. I went to the rodeo in Prescott yesterday. Those guys get stomped on by bulls and broncs and limp away for real. All of them walk like they are ready for a wheel chair and at the same time give the “I’m good” sign to the crowd.

Do the WC refs fall for it like the NBA refs fall for OKC's schtick?

In the soccer game vs Brazil, one guy held Haaland on an early dead ball. Referee stopped the kick and talked to him. Then did nothing for the rest of the game, letting the defender wrap Haaland with both arms on every corner and free kick. You have to follow up with a yellow card if you're going to warn people.

The same thing applies to floppers in the NBA.

Rasheer Fleming is noticeably bigger here at Suns practice today. Has clearly put on a lot more strength. Suns assistant Chaisson Allen, who will coach the Summer League team, says he believes Fleming is up to 250 pounds and the impact is already showing in practice.

Flem will slim back down, just seems the nature of his frame, they all bulk up during the summer.

With confidence, more weight and strength, he could be a force.
