2026 Olympic men’s hockey bracket for Knockout Round set, Team USA path to gold

The 2026 Winter Olympics are entering their final week, which means the action in the men’s hockey tournament is beginning to ramp up. This week, it officially becomes win-or-go-home.

With the group stage in the books, the Knockout Round bracket is set, and we now know Team USA’s path to a gold medal.

The qualification playoffs will take place on Tuesday, February 17, while the quarterfinals will begin the following day on Wednesday, February 18.

Entering the Knockout Round, Canada (-135) is a strong favorite to win gold, followed by the United States (+185). The remaining nations are all major longshots, with Finland listed as the closest at +1000.

Team USA will face off against the winner of the qualification game between Sweden and Latvia.

If the United States can take care of business in its next two games, a showdown against Canada for gold could be in the cards.
