The Tennessee Titans have three primary directions they could take with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.
The most popular options are Ohio State inside linebacker Sonny Styles and Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, two prospects widely regarded as among the top athletic talents in the class. However, there is some variability in the specific players projected to the Titans at No. 4 overall.
Tennessee also has the option of selecting an edge rusher at No. 4. Arvell Reese has increasingly been projected to fall outside the top three in the days leading up to the draft. David Bailey, viewed by many as the best edge rusher in the draft, is a strong candidate to land with the Titans using this pick as well.
However, should the Titans not select an edge rusher in the first round, Michigan linebacker Jaishawn Barham merits attention on Day 2 of the draft.
In 2025 at Michigan, Barham recorded four sacks and 10 tackles for loss. He offers versatility, having played 17 games at linebacker and seven at edge rusher during his two seasons at Michigan from 2024 to 2025.
The 22-year-old Barham addresses a pair of key needs for the Titans in this draft. Along with a top wide receiver prospect, he is worthy of consideration by the Titans in the second or third round.
