The path to the draft started in Mobile, Alabama, and now the evaluation process moves to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, for four days of on-field work and six days of player assessment by all 32 NFL teams.

In all, 319 players were invited to the combine this year, with Texas A&M setting a program record by sending 13 players.

The 2026 NFL Scouting Combine is underway, and we're examining the key dates, workout schedules, and things to know for the event at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Workouts​


On-field workouts will be held from February 26 until March 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The schedule is organized by position group, with players participating in interviews conducted by teams and media, as well as undergoing various physical and mental exams. They will have their official draft-day measurements taken and, perhaps most importantly, showcase their skills in workouts for scouts, fans, and general managers. Kickers, defensive linemen, and linebackers will arrive on Sunday for five days of activities. Tight ends and defensive backs will arrive on Monday, followed by quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs on Tuesday. Offensive linemen will arrive on Wednesday and will be the last to leave on March 2.
