The Los Angeles Clippers and Jalen Pickett have agreed to a two-way deal, league sources told @hoopshype. The 26-year-old guard spent the past three seasons with the Denver Nuggets where he shot 39% from 3-point range. Pickett was the 32nd pick of the 2023 NBA Draft.
He's good player whom the Nugs chose to retain over Gillespie a year ago.

The Nuggets are in active trade talks with the Clippers, Cavaliers and Bucks on potential Peyton Watson sign-and-trade deals, per

Kawhi Leonard’s Clippers contract may be voided, and then all picks and players could be returned to the Raptors, per @michaelgrange.Kawhi would then join Toronto in free agency. The Clippers would lose him for nothing.
Well, the Clippers would get his salary removed from their cap, right? Is the punishment for Kawhi or is it for the Clippers? Or both?

I'm not so worried about Leonard as I am the teams circumventing the luxury taxes, and aprons. We suffered under the aprons. The team, I forget if it was clips or Toronto, should lose picks, etc.

Void his contract. The player was part of it as much as the team. He should receive a permanent ban and the team should lose picks. Maybe force an ownership sale.

I have to laugh at this whole thing because it is totally the Clippers being who they really are. They’ll do anything to be relevant, but they hitched their entire wagon to a fantastic player who is always injured, sits a lot and probably has nothing left in his knees.

Was it really worth it?

At least we didn’t cheat to get Durant. Wow, it could have been worse.

Agreed. It seems more people are focused on Leonard, and not the team's involvement. The team needs some serious penalty.
Make them play in the g-league instead for a couple years. Ha! Would that be a hoot!

That wouldn’t work of course. There should be punishment for the GM that made the deal—a suspension for a year at least. And there should be punishment for the owner as well as the player.

The Cavaliers are actively exploring scenarios to offload Dennis Schröder as they make progress on a sign-and-trade with the Nuggets for Peyton Watson.

Cleveland is aggressively pursuing Watson as their key wing addition.

Schröder could soon be on his 12th NBA team in 14 years.

I'm surprised Cleveland is so willing to shell out tax payments. If Gilbert did that regularly back when Lebron was there then I doubt he would have left.
