That Jaylen Brown trade can't be real. You know how many teams are saying, "wait, we could have given you more!" right now.
I am in shock. There HAS to be something wrong with Jaylen Brown. I can't believe every single other team in the league wouldn't beat that price if there wasn't.

I mean guys - think of what we gave up for KD. Jaylen Brown given his age is probably a better asset.

We gutted our future, Philly gave up a guy they would happily give away for free due to his contract, and only gave up two crappy 1sts and 2nds. It's hard to even root for a team when the NBA is seemingly this unfair.

We should call Boston right away and ask if they will trade Tatum for Bridges and Green, maybe we throw in a second-round pick. Don't tell me they won't do it. They already did worse.

Agreed. Brad Stevens seems to be high, suffered brain damage, or has a gun to his head to have made that deal.

Anything might be possible.

Seeing what teams gave up for Giannis and Jaylen brown make me more sad about the kd deal. We were the cautionary tale.

Given what everyone else around him in that draft has done (even Ayton) he's a colossal bust...

But he's not terrible. He's evolved into a really good shooter for a big, it just took 8 years.

Yeah, on a cheap contract, it's a no-brainer. Thomas Bryant is another one.

I've read (rumored) the Nuggets might waive Jonas Valančiūnas. If I were the Suns, I'd be seriously exploring this option.

The Celtics originally asked the Sixers for five first-round picks, VJ Edgecombe, and Paul George in exchange for Jaylen Brown, per

And they ended up with the drek they did? It isn't Danny Ainge's Celtics anymore, that's for sure.

The Lakers have really screwed themselves.

Kessler is unproven really, and has been injury prone, and they pay him like a star.

Between Luka, Reeves, and Kessler they have cap locked themselves up and shipped out most of their picks. They actually might be in worse shape than the Suns now for the next 5 years.

They are locked into a team that isn't good enough, and they really have no young players to develop to make them better.

Was just listening to a podcast and they basically were saying that they think Brown move was due to the second apron and that it is screwing up the league.

They were arguing draft picks have become way more valuable, and that 30+ years old vets are becoming toxic assets if they are anything other than superstars.

Got me thinking maybe the Suns should not be so quick to resign Brooks and Bridges, the market is not favorable to them even keeping their current salaries.

Idk how I missed the Kawhi deal. Robbery for the Clipps. Also, Portland blowing up their team is good for the Suns. Same could go for Minnesota if the LaMelo thing blows up in their faces.

Enough about Lebron. He's 42, he still makes himself the center of attention - or the media does whatever.

We would not be a contender with him, I think he would make us worse, and it doesn't matter anyway since it is clear he isn't coming here.
IDK, if we could get Olympic LeBron in the playoffs, and Booker could go Olympic Book, it would be fun to watch. They got a gold medal together.

Both sides will probably want to change the CBA in 2029 when it becomes an option.
