I agree. At this stage, we need only really good trades.E) Curious
I won't lose any sleep if we don't trade into the 1st round.

Yes, based on his highlights and stats Brazile is an excellent prospect.Trevon Brazile is 6-11 with a 41 inch vertical! Wow. I am not promoting him or anything. Its just that stood out.
So. Just watching a little video on him. He is 6-11, moves like a g/f, has a 41 inch vert and blocks 1.7 per game. He also shoots 34% from three. His defensive rating is his negative. He would be an interesting flyer in the mid second round.
I guess the knock on him is that he is inconsistent and may have a fairly low basketball IQ. Looks like he kind of a 6-11 Gerald Green.

Maybe not drafted, but Horacio Llamas played for the Suns.
Going back in time a bit. It's kind of surprising that with the rise of international basketball talent everywhere, it's been that long since we've seen any players from Mexico in the NBA.Yes, and Eduardo Najera played for the Mavs and other teams.
This shows how much not watching a guy can be misleading. Awaka can’t shoot further out than a layup. Is likely 6’6 at best and can’t jump even a little. There are some interesting players at the end of round two, if the Suns just stand pat.
Rafael Castro, a 6-10 pf center, that averages 20 pts, 12 boards, 2.3 blocks and 2.3 steals. He also has a 36 inch vert. But he doesn't shoot the 3.
Tobe Awaka is a 6-9 rebounding maniac, averaging nearly 16 boards a game for Arizona. He also shoots 40% from three. He also has a 36 inch vertical.
Trevon Brazile--already discussed earlier.
Maliq Brown gets 3.2 steals a game for Duke, that stat is often considered one of the most consequential for predicting success in the NBA.
Izaiyah Nelson gets nearly 13 boards per game, 2 blocks and more than 2 steals.
There will be some undrafted players this year that go on to have quality NBA careers.
I don’t love that. Undersized power forward who can’t really shoot the the three.Arizona Sports

The Suns reportedly like Arizona product Koa Peat if they trade into the first round of the NBA Draft.

I'm going to guess there may have been a few (or several) other players with Mexican heritage over the years. But apparently not very many who were actually born in Mexico.Jaquez is Mexican American but was born in the US.
