The first round of The Masters is wrapping up play at Augusta National on Thursday afternoon and already we have a clear idea of who needs a big Friday to make the cut.
While familiar names like Scottie Scheffler, Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy and Hideki Matsuyama are all in contention for the green jacket, the cut line may be an issue for a number of stars who thought they'd be on top of the leaderboard. Data Golf projects the cut line between two-over and three-over par.
Here's a quick glance at who will need to rebound in the second round to be one of the top 50 (and ties) to reach the weekend.

While those golfers have all finished their first rounds, a few more big names are still on the course and need to pick it up or risk falling into the danger zone:
We can pretty confidently say Nick Dunlap won't be making the cut after shooting 18-over on Thursday, but he can take solace in avoiding the (controversial) record for the worst round at The Masters.
